Keyvalv is free until launch, your vault is yours, and only you can keep your master password and emergency sheet safe.

Who we are

keyvalv.com and the Keyvalv browser extension are provided by Freshlogik IT AB, Sweden. By using the site or the extension you accept these terms; if you do not, please do not use them.

Until launch

Keyvalv is free until launch. Features may change, and pricing is announced before it applies to you.

Your vault is yours

Your vault is one encrypted file in a folder you pick, which we never hold. It is a standard KeePass file, so it opens in KeePassXC and other KeePass apps that read KDBX 4, and you can leave Keyvalv at any time.

What you are responsible for

Keep your master password and your printed emergency sheet safe, because they are the only ways into your vault and we cannot reset or recover either. Keep a copy of your vault file somewhere safe too, so a lost computer or a vault file deleted from your synced folder does not cost you your passwords.

Fair use

Use Keyvalv only for your own accounts or accounts you are allowed to manage, and do not try to break, copy or resell the site or the extension.

No warranty

Keyvalv is provided as it is, without any promise that it will be free of faults. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or for losses caused by a lost master password or emergency sheet; nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law.

Your data

What we collect and why is on the privacy page: the site keeps only an email address you choose to give, and the extension sends us nothing.

Changes and law

If these terms change, we update this page and, for changes that matter, tell everyone on our list by email first. Swedish law applies, and you can reach us at hello@keyvalv.com with any question.
